Hi Cyra, I quess you know me by now. I am still having trouble in my chat room called Sanctuary. My chatters and guest still aren't linking to URL in the room. They said they couldn't. Of course, I do not have that problem, and I am wondering why they do? This is very puzzling to me and I need a answer please, and some help to assist in furnishing me a more functional room. Its important to my family, friends, and guest.

Oh, by the way I have came to the HelpDesk for help three times this week and no one was there, except for once, that is when I ask for you personally. I am trying to make good of this room. Earlier this week I went back into my room only to find the link missing. I, myself have linked the URL back into its original place. I hope to hear from you real soon Your friend..., Serenity.
